The Fruit and Vegetable Optical Sorting System utilizes AI visual recognition technology and an automated sorting process to identify the size, internal and external defects, weight, and more of fruits and vegetables.

3. Flexible Customization-It supports free configuration of 1-6 lanes and 8-50 grades of sorting outlets, suitable for the diverse needs of small farms and large fruit processing companies. It can be equipped with air drying, washing, and waxing modules.
